A new web site is launched about the Alexander L Kielland accident from the documentation project organised by the Norwegian Petroleum Museum.

The Norwegian Oil Museum is currently working on a documentation project about the Alexander L. Kielland accident and is experiencing great interest in our work. We therefore want to present the ongoing project and invite all interested parties to a seminar.

In collaboration with the Kielland Network, we have the pleasure of inviting survivors and next of kin to a Kielland gathering in Stavanger.

Today, Monday 27 March, it is 43 years since the rig Alexander L Kielland capsized in the North Sea.
